Defined Benefit Plans

We manage assets for a variety of defined benefit plan sponsors, ranging from large corporations, cities and states and labor/trade unions.

Defined Contribution

We partner with a wide variety of defined contribution plans and manage assets across institutional separate accounts, collective investment trusts and mutual funds.

Many of the firm’s mutual funds (Ivy Funds) are available through leading national record keepers and platforms. The firm’s DCIO team provides business development and insight specific to retirement plans, while the institutional division provides in-depth product positioning and expertise. Together, we can help provide the right investment vehicle or options for each plan.

Sub-Advisory Services

A substantial portion of our institutional assets are managed for other institutions that outsource their investment management. We have considerable experience working with partners to provide not only investment management, but back-office support including certifications and reports to help meet 1940 Act requirements.

Proactive sales and distribution support is also available through our team of wholesalers around the nation.

Relationship Management

Our institutional relationship management team works in true partnership with you as our client, striving to understand your unique needs and objectives. We serve as liaison to your portfolio managers, helping facilitate communication so you understand the philosophy, process and performance of our respective investment strategies.

We also serve as the primary point of contact for the various internal departments that regularly interact with client accounts, including legal/compliance, operations and trading. Responsiveness to your needs and requests is a top priority, as we work to enhance your overall client experience and complement the work of our investment teams.
